Andrews Dean

Product leader · 15+ years

I turn ambiguous, low-structure problems into products that ship, scale, and get adopted.

Fifteen years across enterprise platforms and AI-first SaaS — from Fortune 5 HR systems to a legal-tech product with paying customers. I set product direction, build the org that delivers it, and stay close enough to the build to be useful.

Open to Director of Product and Senior PM roles — AI-first, platform, and product-led organisations.

What I do

Where I'm most useful

How I work

Product strategy & portfolio

Multi-year product vision, platform strategy, and the portfolio calls that come with running more than one line at once. OKRs and north-star metrics that a 30-person org can actually steer by.

AI product & transformation

Shipping production AI, and getting an organisation to adopt it. Generative and agentic systems, evaluation and guardrails, and the standards that keep a company from shipping demos instead of products.

Discovery & experimentation

Getting to the real problem before committing engineering months to it. Interviews, usability testing, JTBD, and hypothesis-driven experiments that make prioritisation an argument about evidence rather than seniority.

Delivery & the technical side

Agile at scale across distributed teams, multi-tenant SaaS, and API-first design — plus enough hands-on practice to review an architecture, build a prototype, or ship an internal tool myself.

Things I built, not just managed

Four products taken from a blank page to production. Two are live inside a services business; one has paying customers. I wrote the strategy, shaped the architecture, and stayed in the build.

DuCase

2024 – present

Legal case management SaaS for Indian law firms

A multi-tenant case, hearing, and client management platform built for the way Indian law firms actually work — cause lists, adjournments, and court hierarchies rather than a generic CRM. Tiered subscriptions, self-serve onboarding, real revenue.

My part:
Product strategy, pricing and packaging, architecture direction, GTM, and a share of the build.
Stack:
React · Supabase · Vercel
Status:
Live · paying customers

Commercial Leave Tracker

2025

Multi-tenant leave management with automated reporting

Replaced a spreadsheet-and-email process across the organisation. Policy engine per entity, approval chains, calendar sync, and automated monthly reporting for finance and HR.

My part:
End-to-end — requirements, data model, rollout, and adoption.
Stack:
React · Supabase · Vercel
Status:
In production

R&R App

2024

Internal rewards & recognition platform

Peer-to-peer and manager-led recognition with nomination workflows, award cycles, and a leaderboard that leadership actually uses in reviews.

My part:
Product definition, workflow design, launch and change management.
Stack:
React · Supabase
Status:
In production

Résumé Management Platform

2023

Internal résumé tool with formatted document export

Standardised how consultant profiles are produced for client submissions — structured data in, branded, export-ready documents out. Cut a multi-hour manual task to minutes.

My part:
Problem framing, template system design, and delivery.
Stack:
React · document generation pipeline
Status:
In production

Let's talk.

If you're building an AI-first product org — or you need someone who can take a vague mandate and return a shipped, adopted product — I'd like to hear about it.
