Each of these started without a clear answer. The write-ups cover the constraints, the trade-offs I made, and the part I'd do differently — which is usually the more useful half.

What I do
Multi-year product vision, platform strategy, and the portfolio calls that come with running more than one line at once. OKRs and north-star metrics that a 30-person org can actually steer by.
Shipping production AI, and getting an organisation to adopt it. Generative and agentic systems, evaluation and guardrails, and the standards that keep a company from shipping demos instead of products.
Getting to the real problem before committing engineering months to it. Interviews, usability testing, JTBD, and hypothesis-driven experiments that make prioritisation an argument about evidence rather than seniority.
Agile at scale across distributed teams, multi-tenant SaaS, and API-first design — plus enough hands-on practice to review an architecture, build a prototype, or ship an internal tool myself.
Products shipped end to end
Four products taken from a blank page to production. Two are live inside a services business; one has paying customers. I wrote the strategy, shaped the architecture, and stayed in the build.
Legal case management SaaS for Indian law firms
A multi-tenant case, hearing, and client management platform built for the way Indian law firms actually work — cause lists, adjournments, and court hierarchies rather than a generic CRM. Tiered subscriptions, self-serve onboarding, real revenue.
Multi-tenant leave management with automated reporting
Replaced a spreadsheet-and-email process across the organisation. Policy engine per entity, approval chains, calendar sync, and automated monthly reporting for finance and HR.
Internal rewards & recognition platform
Peer-to-peer and manager-led recognition with nomination workflows, award cycles, and a leaderboard that leadership actually uses in reviews.
Internal résumé tool with formatted document export
Standardised how consultant profiles are produced for client submissions — structured data in, branded, export-ready documents out. Cut a multi-hour manual task to minutes.
